Connie's Hallmark was founded in July, 1987 by Don and Connie Brown. The Browns are veterans of the Independence retail community, having been in business since 1968. The store is located in the former Baum's Clothing Store and Klotzbach's Building at 121 1st Street East. Free parking is available both in the front and the back. Connie's, a Gold Crown Store, carries a full line of Hallmark products including Hallmark cards for every occasion.
